As we enter the 21st century, the trends of globalization have accelerated many social changes around the world. Changes have created conflicting values that greatly impact not only individuals, but also complicate families and social problems. Due to the resulting tensions, some people become anxious, while others become indifferent or detached. Nevertheless, the pursuit of peace and happiness remains the unchanged desire of humankind.
With the mission carried in mind: “Love your neighbors as yourself”, I-link provides services for the normal and inferior groups by connecting with government, enterprises and social resources, and the services include education, promotion, training and relief. The range of I-link services covers across different stages of life from childhood to the youths and the elders, and to improve the individual social function.

|Marriage and Parenting Education|
|We serve on the axis of family, provide different education according to different family life cycle, from unmarried to married. Through marriage communication and parenting skill training, couples and parents continue to grow and strengthen ability on building their own family.|
|Children Character Education|
The multiple teaching helps build up children’s characters and role model learning. Also the group learning expierence will provide children lots opportunity to interact with other children. The education was well supported and recognized by the schools and educational institutions, and the classes are presented vividly every week.

The Community Caring Centers were approved by Ministry of Interior Affairs, and awarded by Social Welfare Bureau as First Class。The services include: meal delivery, caring visits and phone call, counseling and health promotion activities. We expect to help the elders feel warm, keep their lives contacted with others, and gradually build their social supporting system in order to let them to be well cared.

We serve the disadvantaged groups including Down Syndromes, the cerebral palsy, the autisms, and the retarded groups who are above 6 years old, and also their parents and families. Our classes include art therapy and potential developing, counseling for families, group activities, day cares, character education, and life skills training.
